Toronto Community News’ sales team celebrates another year of success
Toronto Community News (TCN) celebrated the achievements of its sales team at its annual sales rally on February 27.

TORONTO - Toronto Community News VP and Regional Publisher Betty Carr and Regional Director of Advertising Tim Corcoran recognized the sales department's 2011 achievements with an award ceremony commemorating their hard work on February 27th. The event took place at the Radisson Hotel Toronto East and acknowledged sales team members working within TCN’s eleven publications, best known in the community as The Mirror, The Guardian, The Villager, Toronto Kids and Toronto Business Times.
Sales representatives were also recognized for their contribution to WagJag.com, a thriving daily deal website offering Torontonians competitive discounts on restaurants, events and activities. In 2011 the site made up 40 per cent of the market share in the GTA and 20 per cent nationally.
During the rally, the following TCN sales representatives were awarded for their contribution to the successful year:

The President of Motivate America Inc., Kevin McCrudden, spoke at the event and offered congratulations for a stellar year and motivational words for the sales year ahead.
